What You’ll Do:

  • Fabricate and weld steel components (2mm–10mm) to exacting standards.
  • Ensure all work meets quality specifications—no faults forward.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to build and tack weld assemblies.
  • Support team initiatives, recovery plans, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: MIG & MAG welding, medium-heavy fabrication, and working to tight tolerances.
  • Skills: Ability to spot and correct visual faults, read engineering drawings, and work flexibly across departments.
  • Qualifications: Welding/fabrication certifications and relevant training courses.
  • Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to safety, punctuality, and quality.
